CTSS offers customers access to our personalized travel services. While most business trips are routine and the client does not anticipate any extraordinary events he/she might nonetheless want to take the precaution of getting the latest information on the current political and security situation at the destination or even be accompanied by one of our security professionals. Upon request CTSS (within 24 to 48 hours – up to 72 hours if the information required is complex) will provide the client with a complete and up to the minute brief of the current circumstances, delivered in the format of choice. CTSS can moreover, continue to monitor the local situation on behalf of the client throughout the trip, thus enabling us to inform the client of any change in circumstances or any deterioration in the security situation. Moreover, if the client has opted to be accompanied by CTSS staff, daily information and updates can be discreetly handled without disturbing or consuming the time of the client, while also minimizing the chance for misinterpretation and enhancing security.

Finally, in an effort to make this part of our services function seamlessly in conjunction with our other services CTSS can function as a Travel Agent on behalf of clients. This not only enables us to have complete oversight of client’s personnel but enables us to more effectively plan for or react to any contingencies or unforeseen events.
